I love the post by Chris. He is so right on about everything. I loved Golden State and every other album Bush has ever made. Bush songs I've listened to that have become the soundtrack to our lives-have helped me through so much-especially when I've been up and down in relationships-and after difficult break-ups. Listening to Glycerine, Alien, Speed Kills, Body, Bulletproof Skin, so many others-have been inspiring, healing, uplifting-and anthems for so much that has happened in my personal life. I know that a songwriter who can impart universal meaning in his songs-such that, so many get touched by his music-is giving the world a great gift-something really powerful. Got to meet you after a live solo show in Denver last year & you signed a copy of your setlist, which I begged security to give me. Anyway, I've been waiting for a Bush comeback for years (prayers answered) it's too bad Nigel & Dave wouldn't get on board as we all know they're both amazing musicians. Can't wait to see you and here the new album in it's entirety. Afterlife single is simply fantastic! See you at the shows. Thank you for your music, it's saved my life more than once. Peace.
