BUSH: AT&T Summer Krush 2011
BUSH & CHEVELLE are scheduled to perform in Chicago, IL at the Congress Theater (8/18/11)
Multi-platinum rock band BUSH has announced a September 13th release for their highly anticipated new album The Sea of Memories. Recorded with producer Bob Rock (Aerosmith, Metallica) and featuring lead single “The Sound of Winter,” The Sea of Memories is the first BUSH album to be released via their own imprint, Zuma Rock Records. Over the course of their remarkable career, Bush has sold more than 16 million albums in the U.S. and Canada alone. They’ve also compiled an amazing string of 14 consecutive Top 40 hit singles on the Billboard Modern Rock and Mainstream Rock charts, including ten that hit the Top 5. Four of these became No. 1 hits: “Comedown,” “Glycerine,” “Swallowed” and “The Chemicals Between Us.” For more information, please visit www.bushofficial.com.
Formed in 1995, multi-platinum Epic Records recording artists Chevelle has remained a staple in the rock scene with six Top 5 Modern Rock hits under their belt, including the #1 songs “Send the Pain Below” and “Vitamin R (Leading Us Along)” as well as fan favorites, “The Red” and “The Clincher.” The Chicago-based band is comprised of brothers Pete (vocals, guitars) and Sam Loeffler (drums), and brother-in-law Dean Bernardini (bass), with an aggressive, heavy sound that is all about mounting tension exploding into raw guitar bursts. The alternative metal trio’s most recent album, Sci-Fi Crimes is the follow-up to their 2007 smash album Vena Sera, and will soon be joined by another album, set to release later this year.
